Mango honey is one of our lightest honey, but it is also one of our fast-crystalizing honey.
This honey is high in vitamin A and vitamin C which supports the immune system. Mango has a property to clean our blood from toxins and stabilizes blood pressure.

-This honey is made from Mango blossom nectar that our bees collect during the blooming period. The nutrients and enzymes that mangoes provide are also present with the honey thanks to our hardworking bees that collect the nectar from the mango trees.

-This honey is limited and seasonal so take yours before they're all gone.
-We love to add it to our bread and waffles.
-Side note: If your honey gets crystallized, don’t worry, it happens when it’s overtime or cooler temperatures. To return it to the previous condition just simply put the jar in the warm water (make sure don’t overheat it) and keep there for little bit and your honey will return back to a liquid state.

What many people do not know, is that Mango Blossom honey crystalizes quickly. That's normal! My 36lbs came quickly and securely packaged. While it did crystalize before I could use it, the double bagging AT&S does with their honey makes it very easy to drop the honey into a water bath to warm it up and de-crystalize it without worry that the bag will break. Within 20 minutes, I had a beautiful golden honey ready to use. And the taste is wonderful! I have a 5 gallon batch of traditional mead brewing and I cannot wait until it ages so I can drink it. I jarred up the leftovers to use to backsweeten, add to some tea, or on some toast. Will be ordering more when the time comes!
