Mango honey is one of our lightest honey, but it is also one of our fast-crystalizing honey.
This honey is high in vitamin A and vitamin C which supports the immune system. Mango has a property to clean our blood from toxins and stabilizes blood pressure.
-100% Organic, Unheated and Unfiltered in order to create the rawest honey possible.
-This honey is made from Mango blossom nectar that our bees collect during the blooming period. The nutrients and enzymes that mangoes provide are also present with the honey thanks to our hardworking bees that collect the nectar from the mango trees.
-The deep gold, bright and thick texture is flavorful and irresistible.
-This honey is limited and seasonal so take yours before they're all gone.
-We love to add it to our bread and waffles.
-Side note: If your honey gets crystallized, don’t worry, it happens when it’s overtime or cooler temperatures. To return it to the previous condition just simply put the jar in the warm water (make sure don’t overheat it) and keep there for little bit and your honey will return back to a liquid state.
Warning: Do not feed to infants under one year old
Please Note: Raw honey tends to crystallize within 2-6 months, depending on the humidity, temperature, un/direct light.
We produce all our honey on the Big Island of Hawaii without chemicals, artificial feeds, miticides, heat, or filtration.
Peculiar taste, never tried it before.. My wife says this honey is 100% natural, somehow she's capable to distinct it from diluted product, so she confirm that this is the real stuff. She only regret that couldn't taste creamy white honey since it was sold out.. well, maybe next time she will have a better luck :)
